TERMS OF USE

Welcome to Pinnacle Details. By scheduling and utilizing our auto detailing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

 

Services:

We provide a range of auto detailing services, including but not limited to exterior and interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating and paint protection film (PPF). Service details and pricing are provided at the time of booking.

​Appointments and Cancellations:

  • Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your booking via email or phone.

  • Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $150.00.

  • Non-refundable deposit of $200.00 on all ceramic coating package bookings.

Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change. The final price will be confirmed at the time of service.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, check, zelle and card processing via square with a 3% processing fee.

Client Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Condition: Please ensure your vehicle is free of excessive personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for damage or loss of items left in the vehicle.

  • Access: Ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access your vehicle due to valet mode or non functioning key card, it will not not completed and a $100.00 rescheduling fee will be added to your total.

Service Guarantees

  • Quality Assurance: We strive to provide supreme quality services. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours to address any concerns.

  • Limitations: While we use the best products and techniques, results may vary based on vehicle condition and other factors. We do not guarantee removal of all imperfections or complete restoration.

Liability

  • Damage: We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues with your vehicle. We take extra precautions to ensure avoidable damage but are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage that may occur during service.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, aftercare methods, supply chain issues.

Privacy

We value your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
